OpenAI’s Sam Altman calls DeepSeek – R1 impressive for its price, promises to deliver much better models

OpenAI’s Sam Altman is the latest to join the list of tech leaders who have praised Chinese artificial-intelligence platform DeepSeek whose artificial intelligence chatbot has sent the tech world into a frenzy. He, however, asserted that OpenAI will bring a “much better” models.
