ChrysCapital investment: ChrysCapital, others in talks to take Dhan to unicorn club with $100-150 million funding

Stock market investment and trading platform Dhan is in talks with PE fund ChrysCapital for a fresh funding round that could take its valuation to over $1 billion from $125 million, multiple people aware of the negotiations said.ChrysCapital has already issued a term sheet—which outlines key terms and conditions including valuation—to Dhan that competes with IPO-bound Groww and Zerodha, they said.
