Obligations on social media for due diligence: Ashwini Vaishnaw on notice to X

Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw on Friday said the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 cast specific obligations on intermediaries, including social media intermediaries, to observe due diligence while discharging its duties.
