Cognizant asks US court to axe Infosys suit for ‘no proof’

Cognizant Technology Solutions has requested a US court to dismiss all counterclaims made by Infosys alleging it fails to point to any factual allegations to establish any of their claims including monopolisation and anticompetitive effect, in its latest response in the eight-month-old court battle between two IT giants.
