Sam Altman-led OpenAI on Tuesday, April 22, questioned news wire ANI’s claims of copyright infringement by claiming that copyright does not protect an idea or a fact.
ANI had filed a suit in the Delhi High Court, accusing OpenAI of copyright infringement for allegedly using its content to train AI models like ChatGPT.
