Freshers with AI skills in demand as employers prioritise tech-led roles: Report

Artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping India’s job market, with companies accelerating recruitment for AI-focused roles. As per the Career Outlook Report 2025 by TeamLease EdTech, 74 percent of employers intend to hire freshers in the January-June 2025 period, with AI-related roles leading the demand.
