Operation Sindoor: Airlines offer full refunds amid suspended bookings

Travel platform Ixigo and airlines have announced a full refund for travellers affected by suspended flights to airports shuttered in India amid Operation Sindoor. Bookings to countries like Turkey and Azerbaijan were also impacted as local travel companies took a strong stance against them for backing Pakistan in its conflict against India.As of May 11, 32 key airports were closed across northern and western India, including Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Chandigarh, Amritsar, Bathinda, Dharamshala, Jodhpur, Pathankot, Hisar, Rajkot, Ambala and Patiala.
