Apple is not investing enough in India, says author of Apple in China Patrick Mcgee

Apple’s investment in India is still not on par with the scale seen in China, according to Patrick McGee, author of Apple in China. Speaking to CNBC-TV18, McGee said that while Apple has been making iPhones in India since 2017, the initial motivation was to avoid tariffs imposed by the Indian government on smartphones imported from China.
