Aakash Moves NCLT Against EY For Meddling In BYJU’s Case

About a week after accusing EY India of conflict of interest and breach of professional conduct, Aakash Educational Services has moved the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) against the audit giant.

Aakash filed a petition today against EY, its partner Ajay Shah, stakeholders BYJU’S parent Think & Learn, Byju Raveendran, JC Chaudhry and Manipal Group.
