Ride-Hailing Giants In Regulatory Quagmire

India’s ride-hailing giants seem to be fishing in roiling regulatory waters. Now, Goa chief minister Pramod Sawant has hinted that Ola and Uber’s entry into the coastal state may not be easy to steer.
