YouTube rolls out AI Overviews-like search results carousel

YouTube announced a new AI-powered search results carousel on Thursday to help users find video suggestions more easily. The Google-owned video hosting site also expanded its conversational AI to more users.
The new search results carousel will show AI-generated topic descriptions for users to find what they are looking for quickly. For example, YouTube says searching for ‘best beaches in Hawaii’ would generate an AI carousel highlighting clips from videos showcasing the best snorkel spots and volcanic beaches, complete with descriptions and more…
