‘Dangerous fantasy’ to vow 80% productivity gains via AI in five years, says Tech Mahindra CEO

The promise of AI-driven 70-80% productivity gains in five years, being made by IT companies to their clients, is an unsustainable and “dangerous bet” to make and is “in the realms of fantasy,” Tech Mahindra CEO Mohit Joshi said, adding that his company is taking a more “realistic” approach to the biggest technology theme globally since dotcom.
