TCS acquires US-based ListEngage for $72.8 million

IT major Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced its acquisition of US-based ListEngage during its second quarter earnings call on Thursday. The acquisition was approved by the board at its meeting today and will be completed by October 10.

This is a strategic investment by TCS to enhance its Salesforce practice and boost its agentic AI capabilities.
