ETtech Deals Digest: Startups raise $1.13 billion in January, up 90% on-year

Startups raised about $1.13 billion in funding between January 1 and 31, marking an 89.6% increase compared to $600 million raised across 164 rounds during the same month last year.
In January, the funding came through 110 rounds, compared to $1.19 billion raised in 73 rounds in December 2024, according to data from private market intelligence platform Tracxn.
