Infosys says Cognizant used its healthcare business for market control

In the latest twist in an ongoing legal battle, Infosys has accused Cognizant Technology Solutions of leveraging monopoly power to block the former from competing against its healthcare platform Cognizant TriZetto Software Group.
In its latest filing with a US district court in Dallas, Texas, Infosys also alleged that the New Jersey-based IT firm charged inflated prices to its customers by reducing its own output and that it stifled competitors for TriZetto to maintain market dominance.
