Capgemini completes acquisition of WNS

French technology giant Capgemini on Friday said it has completed the $3.3 billion (over Rs 28,000 crore) acquisition of the US-based Indian-heritage business process outsourcing (BPO) firm WNS to expand the range of AI tool offerings for companies.
