NCLT approves Shailendra Ajmera as new resolution professional of Byju’s parent firm

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on Monday approved the appointment of Shailendra Ajmera as the new resolution professional (RP) of the beleaguered edtech firm Byju’s parent Think & Learn.
This comes after the Think & Learn’s committee of creditors (CoC) passed a resolution to replace Pankaj Srivastava and appoint Ajmera as the new RP.
