ChatGPT, OpenAI services back online after second disruption in just over a month

OpenAI’s flagship services — ChatGPT, Sora, and the GPT API — were back online after an unexpected global outage early Wednesday left millions of users without access for several hours. The services started coming back online around 9:30 AM IST, restoring functionality after more than three hours of disruption.
