Japanese semiconductor equipment maker Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL) will soon establish a new development site in Bengaluru, Karnataka IT minister Priyank Kharge said on Tuesday.
The Tokyo-headquartered company is best known as a supplier of equipment to fabricate integrated circuits (IC), flat panel displays (FPD), and photovoltaic cells.
