KPIT Technologies takes controlling stake in AirConsole maker N-Dream

Mid-sized IT services company KPIT Technologies (KPIT), a specialist in software-defined vehicle solutions, has increased its shareholding in Switzerland-based N-Dream AG, with a view to acquiring a majority stake in the developer of AirConsole.
KPIT, which previously held a 26% share, will increase its ownership to nearly 90%, the company said in a statement.
