Zepto expands Esop pool by $170 million to over $500 million

Quick commerce platform Zepto has expanded its employee stock option plan (Esop) pool to 122.89 lakh by adding 39.39 lakh new Esop options, according to documents sourced from the Registrar of Companies (RoC).
After adding the new Esop options of around $170 million, Zepto’s total Esop pool size has crossed $500 million.
