The advent of generative artificial intelligence has brought about seminal changes in the technology services industry and every company in the world in the sector is looking to reinvent itself in order to stay relevant, said Keshav Murugesh, chief executive at business process management firm WNS.
French technology and consulting company Capgemini said in July that it would acquire New York-based WNS for $3.3 billion in cash. The integration process is expected to conclude by the third week of October.
