Boat reshuffles leadership to navigate growth, IPO

Sameer Mehta, cofounder and CEO of Imagine Marketing (the parent company of Boat), has moved to the role of executive director, with COO Gaurav Nayyar taking on the position of CEO.
According to the company, its board of directors approved the elevation of Nayyar who has been with the company for the past three years. Prior to this, he served as a partner at Bain & Company.
Cofounder and CMO Aman Gupta will now serve as a non-executive director on the board.
