Call me a heretic, but I’ve enjoyed this retro-inspired shooter way more than Space Marine 2 — Here’s why it’s my favorite Warhammer 40,000 action game

With Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun 2 on the horizon in 2026, it’s time we revisited its predecessor, Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun, to get us hyped for the sequel now that it’s on offer for $10.99 at Newegg.

This was an awesome game for both old-school FPS and Warhammer 40,000 fans thanks to its retro aesthetic, rich variety of enemies to mow down, and righteously violent gunplay.
