CarTrade confirms acquisition talks with CarDekho parent

Online auto classifieds platform CarTrade Tech is in discussions with Girnar Software, the parent company of rival CarDekho, to acquire its automotive classifieds businesses, a regulatory filing by the company revealed on Tuesday.

If the talks culminate in a deal, it will mark the coming together of two of the most prominent names in the business.
