CMF to become India’s first global smartphone and smart hardware company, inks joint venture with Optiemus

London-based Nothing’s design-focused sub-brand, CMF, will operate as an independent subsidiary with its global headquarters in India. On Thursday, the consumer technology company announced India as a base for its operations, R&D, and manufacturing.
