Happiest Minds logs 9% YoY rise in Q2FY26 net profit; revenue increases 10%

Mid-tier IT firm Happiest Minds Technologies reported a 9% year-on-year (YoY) rise in net profit to Rs 54 crore for the second quarter of FY26, although sequentially it slipped by 5.4%, dented by flat growth in some verticals.

Revenue came in at Rs 573 crore, up 10% YoY and 4.3% sequentially. The banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) and healthcare verticals led in revenue generation.
