IPO-bound Meesho in spat with AWS over Rs 127 crore in unpaid cloud bills

Ecommerce platform Meesho is embroiled in an arbitration case with cloud service provider Amazon Web Services India (AWS) over alleged non-payment of invoices worth Rs 127.45 crore ($14.4 million), according to the company’s updated draft red herring prospectus (UDRHP).

AWS initiated arbitration proceedings before a three-member tribunal in New Delhi, claiming that Meesho has not paid for its services per a private pricing addendum (PPA) dated February 25, 2022.
