Nexus raises new $700-million fund to back India, US startups focused on AI, enterprise, consumer sectors

Nexus Venture Partners, a backer of companies like Zepto, Rapido, and software startup Postman, has raised its eighth fund, a $700-million vehicle aimed at early-stage bets in artificial intelligence (AI), enterprise software, consumer, and fintech firms across India and the US. One of the largest venture capital raises of the year, Nexus Fund VIII will be split between India and the US, with a significant focus on AI startups based in the US.
