Reliance Industries has incorporated Reliance Intelligence as a wholly owned subsidiary, the oil-to-telecom conglomerate told exchanges on Wednesday.
The Certificate of Incorporation was received from Ministry of Corporate Affairs, by email, on September 9, 2025, it added.
