Software-as-a-service (SaaS) PostHog turned unicorn after raising $75 million in a funding round at a $1.4 billion valuation, in a round led by Peak XV Partners with participation from other existing investors.

Cofounder and co-CEO James Hawkins made the announcement in a LinkedIn post, describing how this new phase marks “Act 2” for PostHog.
