SC stays proceedings in Rs 780 crore GST notice against gaming company Nirdesa Networks

The Supreme Court has stayed further proceedings in the Rs 780 crore goods and services tax notice issued by the Directorate of Goods and Services Tax Intelligence to Nirdesa Networks and tagged its petition with a similar batch cases where it reserved its judgment in August.
