This managerial challenge offers participants the chance to step into the shoes of “the AD-Man” for a real-world organization, immersing themselves in the intricacies of strategic marketing.
Guidelines:
- Eligibility: Open to all students, both undergraduate and postgraduate, with the exception of working professionals An individual can only be part of one team, with a minimum of 1 participant and a maximum of 2.
- Plagiarism Policy: Plagiarism in responses to Google Forms is strictly prohibited.
- Qualification Notification: Teams or individuals qualifying for subsequent rounds will receive timely notifications.

Round 1 – E-Quiz and Games:
- This is the Marketing/Advertisement Knowledge Quiz.
- In this round competitors will have to take a Quiz.
- The less time you take, the better your place on the leaderboard will be.
Rules of Round 1:
- To qualify for the next round the contestants must answer a certain number of questions correctly.
- Team Participation is suggested for a maximum number of two people; if you want to take the challenge on alone you can do so.
Round 2 – Market Makeover Round:
- In this segment, participants will engage in solving case study problems, specifically crafted to assess their problem-solving skills. This round will take place online.

- The winners will be determined based on the timeliness, quality, and reliability of their solutions to the provided problems, all of which will revolve around marketing scenarios.
- Participants will be allotted a 45-minute time slot to submit their responses. No further queries or issues will be addressed after this period.
- Following the submissions, evaluations will be conducted through an online meeting, during which participants are required to present and pitch their solutions to the evaluators.
Round 3 – Live Presentation Round:
- Welcome to the Live Presentation Round. Round 3 marks the main event and will take place in person. Following the results of the second round, participants will be presented with samples for marketing. Their task is to promote the product through various mediums such as videos, posters, posts, reels, and flex designs.
Rules for Round 3:
- Subsequently, participants must articulate their marketing strategy in front of the judges. After this explanation. Participants must promptly devise and present a marketing strategy.
