IT services firm Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has allegedly asked 2,500 employees in Pune to resign from their roles, per the letter sent by IT employees’ body NITES to the Maharashtra chief minister on Wednesday.

Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate (NITES) president Harpreet Singh Saluja sought timely intervention to protect the interests of the affected employees, the report added.
