Trump Ban on Wind Energy Permits ‘Unlawful’, Court Rules

A January order blocking wind energy projects in America has now been vacated by a U.S. judge and declared unlawful, reports the Associated Press:

[Judge Saris of the U.S. district court for the district of Massachusetts] ruled in favor of a coalition of state attorneys general from 17 states and Washington DC, led by Letitia James, New York’s attorney general, that challenged President Trump’s day one order that paused leasing and permitting for wind energy projects… …
