UX makes tech ‘edible’, but India lacks senior design resources: Jay Dutta, DesignUp founder

Despite growing usage of apps and websites for payments, e-commerce, bookings, government schemes, etc., India still lacks senior design leadership, said Jay Dutta, founder of the DesignUp conference, and global head of UX practice, investment banking, at Deutsche Bank.
