Quick commerce firm Zepto is once again preparing to file draft documents for an initial public offering, reviving the listing plans it had put on hold earlier this year, people aware of the matter said.
The Bengaluru-based firm will file its draft red herring prospectus in the next two-three weeks under the capital market regulator Sebi’s confidential route, one of the people said.
