Artificial intelligence and AI agents could be billions of dollars of opportunity for India, much more than Software-as-a-Service, said Girish Mathrubootham, cofounder, Freshworks.
Speaking at the annual SaaSBoomi event in Chennai on March 25, Mathrubootham said that the total enterprise market is about $300 billion, and with AI agents coming into the market, the software and salary time put together can account for $1 trillion opportunity.
