Apple Watch could get a new look, BP monitoring and more in 2024
Apple is rumored to be planning a significant revamp of the Apple Watch in 2024. The next-gen model may feature a sleeker, thinner design and a new magnetic band attachment mechanism. In addition to aesthetic changes, Apple is reportedly working on two major health features: blood pressure monitoring and sleep apnea detection. The blood pressure monitor will focus on detecting hypertension trends and offer early alerts to potential issues. The built-in sleep apnea detection could simplify and democratize access to diagnosis. While these features are based on leaks and speculation, the 10th anniversary of the Apple Watch may bring some surprises.
