B2B ecommerce startup OfBusiness raises Rs 100 crore from Cornerstone Ventures

Business-to-business (B2B) ecommerce platform OfBusiness has raised Rs 100 crore from venture capital firm Cornerstone Ventures.
The funds will be used for driving digital adoption and financing access for SMEs.
The IPO-bound company converted itself into a public entity in January this year, which is a crucial step before going public. The SoftBank and Z47-backed company is planning for an IPO of $750 million to $1 billion, ET had reported.
