CCI Seeks Sales Data From Apple, Xiaomi

The ED has asked Apple and Xiaomi to share sales data and other documents as part of its ongoing probe into ecommerce majors Amazon and Flipkart

The ED is investigating if the two ecommerce majors broke Indian laws by controlling inventory and influencing pricing, something foreign-owned platforms aren’t allowed to do under the current rules
