Crypto app CoinDCX hit by cyberattack, Web3 trading halted

Cryptocurrency trading platform CoinDCX suffered a cyberattack in the early hours of Saturday, cofounders Neeraj Khandelwal and Sumit Gupta confirmed in separate social media posts. Both executives assured that customer assets are safe.
CoinDCX has suspended trading in the Web3 section as a precaution, Khandelwal said. Customers’ funds in the Web3 section are safe, he added.
