The Delhi High Court has refused an urgent hearing of a public interest litigation (PIL) application seeking to enforce a ban on Chinese large-language AI model DeepSeek. The court rebuked the petitioner’s counsel, telling him not to use DeepSeek if he feels it’s harmful.
