The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to food delivery platform Zomato, along with the Competition Commission of India (CCI), seeking clarity on why the National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI) has been excluded from a ‘confidentiality ring’ in an ongoing antitrust probe against food aggregators.
