Flipkart-backed Shadowfax files confidential DRHP with SEBI

Logistics startup Shadowfax has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI via the confidential route, as per public notices published in newspapers on July 1. The IPO filing comes nearly three months after the company transitioned into a public entity.

The company is reportedly looking to raise Rs 2,000–2,500 crore through a mix of fresh issue and an offer for sale (OFS) by existing shareholders, including Flipkart, Eight Roads Ventures, and NGP Capital.
