German chipmaker Infineon slightly raised its full-year guidance for its segment result margin on Tuesday after its quarterly figure beat forecasts despite ongoing tariff uncertainties and a weaker dollar.
Infineon reported a segment result margin – management’s preferred measure of operating profitability – of 18% for its fiscal third quarter from April to June, beating the forecast for 15.8%.
