Google opens safety engineering centre in Hyderabad to help with cybersecurity issues

Google has launched the Google Safety Engineering Centre, India (GSEC India) in Hyderabad, marking its first such facility in the Asia-Pacific region and the fourth globally. The centre will focus on strengthening digital safety and privacy infrastructure, with a particular emphasis on responsible AI development and cybersecurity measures tailored to India’s needs.
