Groww triples FY25 net profit to Rs 1,819 crore; closes $200 million funding round at $7 billion valuation

BillionGarage Ventures, the parent entity of wealth management platform Groww, reported a three-fold jump in net profit to Rs 1,819 crore for FY25, while revenue rose 31% to Rs 4,056 crore, as per financial documents seen by ET.
The Bengaluru-based company also closed a $200 million funding round at a $7 billion valuation, with Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC and existing backer Iconiq Capital participating. ET had first reported on March 26 that a deal with GIC was in the works.
