Quick commerce and food delivery businesses in Mumbai faced operational challenges as heavy unseasonal rains and flooding have affected the city since Friday.

The heavy downpour, which started on 15th August, has been triggered by a low-pressure system in the Bay of Bengal. A record rainfall of 300 mm has been reported.
