Hub71 partnered with legal-tech startup Clara

Abu Dhabi’s tech accelerator Hub71 has partnered with legal-tech startup, Clara.

The collaboration with Hub71 will provide access to Clara’s automated legal services, which are based in the United Kingdom. The startups will also have access to “preferential pricing for the platform’s full suite of products,” according to a statement. Clara’s document generation, cap table, structured data room features, and predictive education function are among the products aimed at educating founders on various legal concepts critical to their business. According to a statement, the tech ecosystem will also fund the costs of its startups that incorporate their ADGM companies through Clara.
